You'll pay $24 min for parking and it's a bitch because they'll block your truck in if you don't tell them you'll be right back. If you legit just want good bagels you can stop in Marlboro, NJ (where I live) and go to Bagel Talk. Nothing in NYC will compare and you won't pay $300 in parking/tolls to get there. If you want to drive through Times Square for the experience I think it will be cool for you for about 15 mins until you realize you made a huge mistake and get stuck in traffic for hours..If you ever want to see NYC hit me up and I can take you around to all the boroughs..

The wife from Rockland county New York, says the bagels will be good in Northern NJ, just as they are good just north of the city in Rockland county.

Probably not worth it for a few pictures and sight seeing is what Im gathering..

I wouldn’t go in the city just for a Cruze and photo op. I don’t even want to go there for a concert.

Traffic depends on what's going on there at the time. One accident is all it takes. Honestly, whenever I'm travelling for work or just away I always make it a point to go see something I may not get a chance to see again. So if that's the case, do it. You can also take a drive up the FDR and you'll be blown away by the view.

It actually wasn't that bad. But it was super foggy this afternoon so no good pictures..

Also, went to one of the Tal bagel joints and learned that you need to specifically ask for it to be toasted. I did not know that.. haha

New guy here from Montgomery County PA.

I wish I knew about this thread two months ago. I took a 4 1/2 hour train ride to go look at a 2015 Tacoma TRD Off Road 6speed manual in Mass.
Would've bought a local Mass TW member a six-pack to go look at it for me.

I finally found one in Virginia Beach, loaded up my 3 & 5 year old in a rental car this week. Drove down(they had spring break this week) the truck checked out, so I bought it and drove it home. Took them to the zoo, aquarium, and water park down there. Crazy week but well worth it.

I was on the verge of buying plane tickets to Kentucky to buy a different truck, with my little ones with me. So I think I made out pretty easy.
