    I wouldn't mind Martin's Troopy either.

I just watched a 20 min youtube video of all the mustang dumbasses peeling out of cars and coffee events and stuff, and just yeeting them into curbs, bushes, cars, people. It was hilarious!

What's your guys honest opinion on this Gladiator? I know the generic response is "It's a jeep, what about reliability?" blah blah blah but think about it, solid axles, front AND rear diff locks, almost 3k lbs more in towing capacity, an actual backseat, etc all from the factory.... Not to mention you can throw bigger tires on there without having to cut your truck into pieces haha plus huge aftermarket following. Not saying I would give up my Toyota for this but I think it would be a badass rig to build up and have. Just thought I would throw it out there and stir the pot a little and get this thread going again :stirthepot::popcorn:

    Yo TW!
I am getting my new suspension installed tomorrow, Bilstein 6112, 5100s and OME EL096R w/wheelers flip kit and super bumps tomorrow! I am stoked!!! Anyways I have read alot about the needle bearing going out shortly following lift (my truck has 106k on the clock). I want to replace it with the ECGS bushing, which I have already ordered, and I was wondering if anyone has the ECGS bearing puller tool? Also wondering if anyone might be willing to lend a hand with the install. I'll pay for beer and food, or whatever floats your boat. Cheers!

I like it. Honestly, I hope the gladiator kicks the shit out of Toyota sales, and forces them to get the Tacoma back on point. Tacomas are reliable trucks, but TMC has been slippin lately in terms of maintenance and also in terms of value to cost on their offerings.

Agreed, I hope jeep sells the shit out of these and opens Toyota's eyes a little bit to bring more to the market. I feel like they're too reluctant to change things up.

Where you located? If up north near Utah County hit up Geoff Beers on UTOR and he'll help ya out. He's got a new special tool that helps with the needle bearing replacement that's really nice.

Not only change things up, but just be on par with other trucks. How long did it take them to offer leather seats? They also have an odd habit of taking away common things: Like the bed cubbys on 2018+ trucks, or the temp gauge replaced by the dumb AF hd radio weather on my 2.5gen.

You can even look at other models like the Sequoia that hasn't been changed in 12 years and all they did was throw a trd pro badge on it... Do they even have automated seat adjusters yet in the new tacomas? It's stuff like that that drives me nuts. You spend $30k+ on a truck it should have almost everything.

100% agree. If I was more off road than on, I would seriously consider trading for the Jeep truck. I mean, 35s fit with no trimming?!

The removable top makes it noisier though and we all know I need a cushy ride in my 4wd commuter.

Where are you at? I hear good things about Alex at TNA Performance in Ogden. Also Noah Taylor gets a lot of recommendations on UTOR, not sure where he is though.

I'm in SLC. What is UTOR? Sorry I'm an Offroad community noob. Thanks for the suggestion though!
