Wait he's wanting to trade a std HC with light cutouts for yours with a swingout but wants more for his than yours????

That doesn't make sense no matter the brand. Swing out bumpers add a lot to the cost. Light cutouts and little stuff like that aren't that expensive of options.

 

His has no cutouts. I don't think he understands how much I have into mine and he would likely have to add cash on top of the trade on his end. Not to mention, I would guess he would want the Rigid lights from mine too. His PC is chipped up a bit too.

 

Yeah besides PC he doesn't have any options so that's the most basic of HC bumper you can get and it's not that expensive compared to one with a swingout. I'd say yours is worth in the 1600 range easy his probably in the 1000 range. Or that's what I would be willing to value it at. PC to me isn't really a worthwhile investment. I'd rather spray bomb it. Not sure of the cut lines on a PB but they may be different than an SOS or other brands that may be something to look out for. If PB cuts less then you are golden if they cut more then you don't want some huge gaps. Hope he is ready to fork over some $$$$$. @TaKoToy has probably the most expensive optioned SOS bumper you can get optioned out. Hell the SOS Std rear I delivered to Chris a month ago is worth more than that HC the guy wants to trade you for.

He does tube versions as well that square one is a lot of welding the angled sections are several pieces of 3/16 plate welded together to the 2x2 square tube. I can ask and see if he could make you the tube version but it may be cheaper to get a local fab guy to just bend a couple of tubes then you weld them on.
Here is the tube version on a 3rd gen.

 

He sleeps side-to-side in his bed. Haha
