Initial temp recovery will be slightly slower, more fuel consumption, but should be right on your schedule

This is delicious! Would probably be a good sauce for dipping. Not sure on glaze, but I have made it a few times.

Yes it is. I make that on the regular. That will be the crema I drizzle over the finished product once in the taco. I dehydrated a bunch of jalapenos and ground it into a powder. Gonna sub the pickled jalapenos with the jalapeno powder and see what happens.

Nope not wifi just a small pitboss pro pellet :D and a small salvaged straight barrel grill from a bbq graveyard that was junked from Cameron park in Waco but the steel is pretty thick so it should clean up nicely

I’ve been using rib candy for years. It made me a lot of money lol. Craig the owner makes great products, I used his sauce in competition for a while too. It’s too sweet for home use for me but a lot of people love it.

Just a random pic cause it's quiet in here. My first pit that I had for years. It all went downhill from here!

Why you got the charcoal on the gas side? Man you were a newb.

Using JD to start the coals on the offset side? I guess it needs to have some use. Lol

I rocked a gas setup for a long time, also had a cheapo charcoal grill I used for a lot of steaks because flavor. Then I got into this smoking thing and it’s been a bank drainer ever since. :spending:
