Lift Questions

Ok so I ordered the toytec ultimate lift kit at the end of june. The front parts are backordered and I'm currently waiting for them to come in. I have the rear stuff which would be 5100s and dakar 2" lift springs. I was wondering if could install both of these or just the shocks until the front parts come in? Would my truck look really weird with just the rear lifted 2"?

The rear parts have been sitting in my basement for over a month now and im itching to install it...lol

well if you wanna, do it man. it will be half as much work to do when the rest comes in, but seriously, it will look dumb. throw a bunch of bricks in the bed to lower it down, haha

lol, i just did the exact install your talking about earlier today, i could not get the shims to fit because the center bolt stud wasn't long enough to catch and hold. i am going to finish that part after i get my coilover install next weekend. later this week i am gonna do the drive shaft spacer. i have a revtec spacer on mine in the front so it doesnt' look bad at all as far as your situation it would look raked as heck. I would get a new center bolt or some washers if I were you and be ready for when the rest of your kit comes in and you shouldn't have any other hiccups...

I guess I'll just wait till the rest of the lift arrives to install everything which wont be till the end of August probably...
