I feel I've been summoned, lol. I like the job but I've been having some weird issues with my heart shortly after I started, then it occurred to me that I work with lead all day

So I'm going to order a lab tomorrow, they say normal people's levels are around 2.5 so if I'm around 4 or so I'm going to either put in a 2 weeks or tell them that I'm only taking home stuff to foil wrap, cut, etc. Or maybe do some of their online listings and customer communications. It's gonna be really embarrassing leaving after just starting but I have a plethora of health issues already so, not really worth it. I took the job because I thought it would be something nice and easy to do, I was very wrong haha. I just invested in stuff do do my own stained glass work, so I'll probably do it every now and again in the garage with the door open, respirator, get some lead soap, keep food out of the area, ya know, all the things we don't do there.

It's a small business, and pretty much all stained glass studios operate this way. Not only do you have lead fumes going around but we use acids to antique glass, there's risk of silicosis from breathing in all the glass dust, etc.

Watching the insde the nba show. I love the analysis of the games and just hearing chuck say random funny things. Mainly when he jokes about the big ol women in san antonio.
