    Wtf, I thought it was new. I'm assuming you got it all greased up. What are your angles? Can't be too severe.

    Is it torqued? Is it both sides or one side? Can you isolate it to determine if its the CV?

    Angles are crazy enough to be crazy but not crazy enough to be too crazy. I don't chew through boots very quickly but they do wear. Yup, all greased up. It should have been a swap and go but it seems to be a swap and flop. It's only the driver side and it. Sounds. Horrible. I'll get audio tomorrow.

    I'd like to hear and see it. You don't have excessive play in your axle, do you? Also, it's not hitting anything like the ABS sensor bracket or anything like that? I had a problem where my CV boot clamp was contacting my ABS or wheel speed sensor bracket and tearing the clamp off
