With the sector in off the air stills blows sometimes at a low setting. Sometimes it’s after I have the AC on and it’ll continue blowing for 5-10 mins. Other times it’s as soon as I start the truck it’s blowing air for no reason. Dealership time?

There is a recall on the blower motor, but I don't know if it includes 2019s or the symptoms you're describing. Also, there is constantly air being moved through the system to ventilate the cab, even when it's off. This may be more apparent when cycling off the AC to 'dry' the system and avoid mold build-up

That was for the fan plastic improperly made for a VIN range of trucks. Doesn't sound relative.

I understand a little air but this morning it was like the blower was on medium flow. Definitely not normal.

    No, just top vents.

Try hitting the recirculation button to on, sometimes the vents still allow air through of it is off.

Does it sound like the blower is on or is it just air coming through the vents?

I’ll have to check. I believe it’s just air, and it’s no small amount of air.

And your recirculation button is off? Usually when these trucks start the fan clutch seems to be fully engaged, moving a lot of air. Probably just that. It'd have to be a pretty rare malfunction for the blower motor to still be on, even if the switch is off.

It was off. This morning it was a small trickle of air then went to about medium for no reason.

This is an intentional feature. The idea is to keep air circulating in the cabin to prevent exhaust fumes from coming in. You cannot fully turn it off.

Outside air will flow thru unless you have Recirculate on.

wait a second... so those daily commuters stuck in traffic, say behind a 1975 lemon burning oil like it was a refinery, the exhaust will all be pulled into the cabin. Sounds like a great design.
