1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

I usually try and only get the plastic bottle stuff when camping, or cans if we're talking beer. I made the mistake of bringing bottles along once thinking I'd be okay because I had my Trasharoo...now my tailgate has several tiny little dings in it because the bottles in the Trasharoo were hitting against it on the trail.

 

Lots of people lost houses out there a couple years ago when the oilfield crashed, the banks have been holding onto them and waiting for another boom when they can make loads of money

 

Most of the stuff I drink don't come in plastic so I buy those shot bottles

 

Not sure I should 'like' this so I'll quote it instead

no it shouldn't be. Hard part will be measurements and keeping from twisting as it heats up and cools

 

He already has a bed rack, welding a piece of c channel wouldn’t be much

Just ordered the replacement leafs for my busted one. Ended up getting the Dakars. They weren't that much more then Dormans.

I paid 500 bucks for this rig and it's been used as a work rig during Mammoth winters. I swore I wasn't putting any more money into it. I do have some 295/70/17's that need a new home though. So I figure rear lift first. Then snag some cheap used coilovers eventually. Plus I need rims for the tires. I've got many addictions but this one is by far the most expensive. lol

 

I have some kings for 500$ need a complete rebuild though

 

I shudder to think what I've put into this truck since I got it 3 years ago. Was nearly bone stock then too.

You'll like the Dakars, I had those before I had my All Pro Expos. The Dakars rode great, much better than the APs do. But they didn't hold a lot of weight very well for me.
