I was parked behind a Ford Ranger at the grocery store today. It's not a great angle and it's a phone pic, but look how small the Ranger looks.

I'm going to call it an unfair comparison. Your truck is lifted and the ranger looks stock... maybe even 2WD.

I should take a picture of my truck next to my coworkers ranger. Given that his is a 4X4 they are pretty close in size.

Oh it was definately a stock 4x2. And yes an unfair comparison. But it attracted my attention anyways.

What's a pulmonary test? If it's bad, then I hope it goes well!

Sorry for being young and stupid.

Sorry to hear that. I just split from my wife of 8 years about 6 months ago. It's not fun at all.

My best advice would be to surround yourself with people as much as possible.

    Good luck!

Well, having someone on the side or for us to share might be kinda nice.... But I have 3 kids, house, etc. Don't really want to start over again... I hate moving.... Hate the dating game..... :frusty:

She went to florida to visit a long time friend and got a taste of something different. So now she doesn't know what she wants (freedom fun and abandon kids, or stay and "be miserable"). Granted, there are some things I need to work on too, but how wonderful do you you expect someone to be living paycheck to paycheck, worried about losing the house, not sure how to pay for food, and just barely keeping basic utilities on? Finally got a job that should turn all that around once I redo our budget and be able to get caught up in a month. But of course, I started the job 2 weeks ago just as she was going on this "vacation". Oh and she used $300 of her baysitting money (3 weeks worth) to pay for it while we had shut off notices, and the last paycheck from my previous employer bounced the week she came back.

Ya know the worst thing? I saw it all coming! Had a feeling the paycheck would bounce, had a feeling she'd come back not wanting me (50-50 chance she missed me or didn't, right?), and had a feeling she'd sleep with that guy. :frusty: Damn I hate being right!!

    Thanks guys!

Do you mean like an open relationship or like a triad? Both bring their own sets of problems, but they could help if that is what you both want. Is there anything of the relationship to salvage, or is she not willing to try? I can't imagine starting over--that would totally suck with three kids. Good luck PT.

Thanks! I dunno... I'm a normal guy so a menage-a-trois was always a fantasy. Not a reality, but since she dated women before maybe a possibility... Now..... Who knows? She said I can go sleep with someone else now (after years of being afraid I'd do that and leave her), but I don't really have the desire.

She doesn't know what she wants, says there's not much a connection between us anymore, but was willing to give me time to try I guess. Her mind waffles a lot, and sometimes it makes me wonder if I wouldn't be better off finding someone better suited to me (if that's possible). But then there's the 3 kids, 4 cats, doog, house, and everything else to deal with. She feels "trapped" and just wants to run away, and part of me wonders how mature she really is at this point. (She's 30 btw.) And if something like this won't happen again.
