    The only way to get off your ass is just do it...

    If I thought about weather or not I was gonna go for a run I wouldn't. I just go get my running shoes, shorts, put on my headphones and start walking my run route. After a few mins Im pumped up and start joggin. Then before I know it Im home again. Another 2 miles behind me. And feel good!
