    We just seem to be repeating ourselves... rise fall rise fall...

    The crazy thing is... once we go through the worlds oil resources... the likelyhood of us ever achieving the level of tech and society we have now after a fall, Are slim to none.

    Think about how we got here. Oil was the big push towards our current level. Without it, we never really leave the industrial revolution level.
    Need oil for basically everything in todays world. Including electronics. Plastics, rubbers, electronic components..

    I think this was our one chance at achieving it. And I doubt we get there...
