    To each his own.

I like the 2gen 6mt ac. Perfect truck for me after the dog platform addition.

I have had 4 tacomas and 2 Toyota pickups before that and have never once had any inkling for paddle shifters.

Get rid of the weird rear ceiling speakers and I'm happy.

    Edit: a word

A locking front differential would be nice, too.

That was my thought too, can't imagine many people are gonna want to dump $60K on a Ranger

    too many to list
My Dream Tacoma would have a solid axle. 3 link front and 4 link coil sprung on both ends, a 5 inch shorter bed, and no crawl control or multi terrain select

A stick shift with 3 clutch pedals (you choose based on mood). A braided timing belt. Full synthetic catalytic converter. Also wooden tie rods.

    Don't shoot me.
Had and have lots of Toyotas.
    Love 'em.

But probably trade-in on a Ranger Raptor when they are made.
This fixes all the problems I listed with my TRDOR.
    And actually like Ford's, too
Among the other cars are family owns, includes a Shelby Mustang GTH.
    For example.

PS: Also could fix most of the hunting and weird shifting Tacoma transmission by simply updating the torque to 340+

Ken Block’s new raptor, but the same concept in a Tacoma. This thing is balls to the wall

OVtune turbo with 600hp. 3rd gen Taco with long travel triple bypass.

Fast forward the video to 3/4 if you just want to see it driven

Ugggh......Let Tacos be Tacos and Raptors be Raptors. I don’t want a Raptor, so I bought a Tacoma, and yes I could afford either option.

Why dream about a Tacoma that is a Raptor? By the time it was built up by Toyota, it would cost just as much, if not more. Just buy a Raptor, unless the idea is a $32k Raptor, in which case, sure I guess.

Well said! I bought my 3rd Tacoma because it fits my needs best out of the competition among other things.

I think the raptor qualities are way better suited to a midsize form factor.

Just swap that POS mk19 with a 240 or 50 and we might get somewhere.
