    Starting to poke around a bit in some of the tables. Anyone got a clue what Component 0 is? I'm assuming 1-4 are the catalytic converters, curious what the fifth component is?

    No sir, that's for the overtemp protection circuit. Basically a map where the ECU literally dumps upwards of 30-40% more fuel over base tables to cool the exhaust components during high load/rpm. ie: why the TRD and N/A tunes are so damn rich.

    I think the error I’m referring to is different. With this error, you can click continue and any windows you look at will have nothing displayed in them. The programs are unusable in that state.

    Sounds like most of you guys haven’t encountered this error, but here is the post on the HP Tuners forum where someone posted the issue and another user suggested the fix:

    Interesting thought, but I’m more apt to think WRAF due to their importance in fueling.

    And we all know the SAI failures are occurring a little to frequently. On top of that, if they’re failing with COT enabled at that temp already, further richening the motor to increase service life is going to kill your mileage and neuter any hope you pick up the benefits of an appropriate AFR. Not to mention introduce more carbon to further complicate matters.

    Not at all saying your wrong, but that really makes me ask why SAI was a necessary addition..

    I have a most N/A and TRD calibrations from 2012+, and few early N/A calibrations.
