That was the first video I watched when researching how to mount. That is probably the route I’ll go.

 

That is awesome, I have been looking for a way to use the extra space I have on my mid rise cap.

How did you make that look so good?? I colour matched the frame around the radio/vents and it looks like caca.

 

Its vinyl, i pulled all the pieces and wrapped them with heat, center console has some too

 

And by the way, still have stock rims available in tucson if anyones interested lol

After ruining my oem bumper from a light animal strike, I decided to pull the trigger on a victoty 4x4 replacement. This kind of snowballed with the trd sale, so I got the rims and caps, decided to get more aggressive ATs as well.

Funny enough, the more aggressive tires are quiter than my previous street oriented ATs, and the heavy bumper actually helps it ride stiffer (which is good to me). Tomorrow's job is the CAI and maybe some JBLs

 

Almost with the mods got the snorkel in and the plumbing almost complete. Air compressors and locker wiring installed and ready to go

 

At 209000 miles I had a ball joint wear out. So after talking with Ben at Filthy Motorsports I decided to upgrade my UCA’s. I went with the SPCs. Have only had a chance to drive it home so I can’t really tell a difference so far other than the loud clunking noise is gone. Hopefully I can get out on some trails soon.

 

Finished the other door arm rest;

 

Ceramic tint, 35% on the side and rear. 90% on the windshield.

 

My experience was that the drivers side was straightforward and almost easy. The passenger side was a bit of a pain. Clips to remove and I had to bend the metal out quite a bit. Just get a big pair of channel lock pliers and you’re good to go. Really not hard over all.

You’re going to love these UCAs. I wish I would have done mine sooner. And they look really nice to boot.
