That's not an issue, there is a good rise in the driveway. It's steep enough that you can't drive up if I haven't shoveled snow

I must have been confused by your description of the issue then. It sounded like the spring rate was just different:

Just a word of caution to anybody that searches CL for tires. Lately alot of retreads are popping up on CL being sold as new tires for really cheap. The big issue with retreads is proper inflation needs to be maintained at all times to ensure separation doesn't occur.
How does that affect us? If you air down for offroading separation may begin without you even noticing which sucks but at low speeds is not dangerous, it's when your at highway speeds that it can be dangerous. If you feel the need to run retreads please choose a reputable one ie TreadWright or Bandag are the two I would recommend as they very diligent in testing their casings before recapping to ensure only the best casings get the go ahead.
Please do your research as your choice affects not only you but also the people driving the same roads as you.

I subbed / asked to be added.

When will discounts be announced? How much of a discount has RCI given in the past? (Or have they been announced and I just have not been paying attention?)

Not announced yet. The Fall group buy had 15% off I believe on most armor. Some smaller things they did 20%. I missed all the discount codes because someone (@CharlieCafe ) Posted it in a group text I wasn't apart of :bananadead:
