    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Not that gudentite doesn't suffice... But for those with OCD, this is how you get that torque.

I know what I'm not doing to my 1st Gen, driving it. Went for a trip this weekend and started leaking power steering fluid. I thought it was the return line so I dropped my skids today and discovered it was the pressure line. And now I have training for the next three weeks, won't get a chance to fix it till May 10th.

Looks great, nicely done! Yesterday we completed the prototyping of the early 1st Gen high-lift hood strut kit, to complete the line of 3rd Gen 4Runner and 1st Gen Taco strut kits. This one is about 4-5" higher than the stock prop rod height:

Started on the Tundra brake upgrade last night, making good progress today. Had to use a propane torch to bust the 17mm caliper bolts loose, and getting the old rotors off was a pain, but I'm in the home stretch now. Used turbodb's parts list and instructions, and painted the Napa 13WL's red. Had to do a lot more cutting and bending of the dust shield than I anticipated. Now I'm just waiting on the UPS man to deliver some Wheeler's brake lines..

Looks good, I had to absolutely mangle my dust shield to fit. I found tin snips are very handy

Yesterday I pulled the dent in the rear passenger-side lower corner of the bed with a slide-hammer, grinded it, and put in the . . . wait for it . . . body filler

Tonight I primed, base coated, and now I'm waiting to add the third and final clear coat.

My wife's Prius 'magically' rolled down the driveway and crashed into my truck. I will have knocked the dent out of the bumper and repaired the body for about $65. The Prius sustained about $5k worth of damage and will be back from the collision center Friday.

On the OEM Tundra pads, two of the pads have metal clips on the inner part of the pad (the upper two in this product pic). Are these the inner pads or outer pads?

You can put the metal clips on either the inside or outside. I chose the outside so you can do a quick (easier) visual inspection of pad wear by looking through the spokes of the wheels, rather than having to take the wheels off.

We tried a number of different mounts for the body, from rivnuts and plusnuts to angled brackets. In the end, we deemed the riveted angled brackets to be the best choice for the 1st Gen Tacos:
