Roof rack!? To be EAF... wouldn't such an angle iron bong need to be welded to a dual, swingout bumper?

As luck would have it there is a group of us installing that very lift next weekend. You should come up and watch and/or help and maybe pick up a few pointers if you are unsure.

Yessir! Printed out that exact pdf you posted yesterday. Only cutting needed that I found was the rear shock mount. Says to use a barrel sander to clear the hose upload_2019-4-20_12-41-26.jpg

Do this. I busted a hose off before. Rubber bushing at the top compresses on a hard hit and hose makes contact. Angle grinder works fine.

Don’t start sweating @kwolf9202. I have an angle grinder in my truck.

@thefatkid I was towing the camper yesterday with the sequoia and all of a sudden the traction control light lit up, VSC off light started flashing, check engine light lit up and 4lo light started flashing. Sequoia still drives fine, I tried unplugging the battery and reconnecting it only for the lights to come back on again after driving 5-10 miles down the road. Took it to car quest to read the codes and I have two codes. C1201 engine control system malfunction and p0717 turbine/input shaft speed sensor A circuit no signal. I then cleared the codes but they came back on after driving 5-10 miles. This is a 2011 sequoia with 5.7 any ideas?
    Thanks.

Until @thefatkid shows up..... I'm going to say that there's some sort of malfunction in your engine control system. Also, the "A" circuit from your input shaft speed sensor is not returning a signal. These two things may or may not be related.
    No need to thank me.

Follow the P0717, that is the source of your codes. If you have no turbine speed you wouldn't be moving so you have an electrical issue. I'd save you the hassle of trying anything like internet diagnosis and say you might as well burn it to the ground now before it has the chance to do it its self.

Seems like some people have had success replacing the input sensor. Does that usually go bad or would it more likely be a wire issue? Looked under the sequoia and the wires look good from what little I can see of them.

I haven't run into that code on a Tundra or Sequoia to say anything. If you were talking a FWD/AWD Toyota I'd say rodent damage to wiring. Perform an electrical inspection on the harness and the sensor. Shouldn't be to hard to find the open circuit with a DVOM

In Arvada watching my son swim in the Jeffco Invitational... GO WARRIORS!

Like a good dad... I locked the keys in my Taco so I couldn't leave before he swam.

Not my intention to pick on the kid at all. My bad! If his kid does go to arapahoe he will know why I said what I did once he knows I graduated from Heritage.

Just a bit of lighthearted ribbing
