how to get brake lines off

Im trying to be really carful not to round these things but its not going so well. so whats the easiest way to remove the brake lines?

 

flared end wrenches..safest way bro.

If that doesn't work - you can apply a torch lightly to heat the nut (nut only). Metal expands when heated. So, the idea is to get the nut to expand up/away from the threads to hopefully assit in removal. Just make sure you have a fire exinguisher nearbye and don't apply too much heat.

 

never seen flared wrenches fail on "virgin" brake line fasteners..if somebody touched them with regular box wrenches, all bets are off.

We have this stuff at work. I like it better than pb blaster but it's a tad more expensive.

 

That shit is frigin awesome!!! They used to buy it at work but now they started buying cheaper shit to save money.

I have a project at work I'm working on and I'm trying to locate a can of that stuff (not having any success).
