Hamming it up listening to weather warnings with @diverdale set your Baofeng for Skywarn 146.880. Sounds like there's gonna be some free firewood up on Craigslist soon.

Go for it, I'm sure they're still going on about downed trees and wet spots.

    My ego

In reality, not much. It’s not rated for anything over 2k lbs.. with the axle flip I’m guessing it’s more like 1500 now.

Gonna eventually replace the axle with a 3500lb, rip out the mesh for wood, put a bed rack and RTT, and stabilizers on all four corners. I’m wanting to eventually build it to a camping trailer I can strip easily and use it as a conventional trailer.

Good news is I actually saw the house I’m under contract to buy today. Looks like first major project is pouring a slab for a shop on the side of the house. At least until I can afford a shop I’ll have some concrete to work on the Jerp

I was going to try to make it out there tomorrow but I’ve got a massive list of paperwork I’ve got to get to the lenders for the home loan.. hopefully next time. I still have to replace my rear springs and all four brake lines before I actually try to wheel it. She’s pulling all four lines tight at full droop (swaybars still connected) so that sketched me out considering it’s a 4 hour drive home

Yeah not good may want to try calling Crown and see how much they charge for brake lines compared to getting them from a Jeep place. Crown really has impressed me and done well for what I have gotten from them.

I’ve got all four extended braided lines. Just have to install them. Same with the rear springs and shocks.

Been super busy lately and seems like the days I’m free it’s horrible weather
