Happens with driver or passenger switch. Ended up greasing it all up with silicone grease and fully expect I'll need to replace the motor sometime in the future.

Almost done with the powder room redo

Made a custom counter out of 8.5x1.75 cherry wood and fabbed up a mounting system to keep it somewhat hidden

 

FYI / FWIW... Tow driver was unable to break into my 2004 Taco. Couldn't hook the lock hooks / plunger thingies that go up down on top of the door. Depressing the electric lock switch did nothing. He didn't have a slim jim, so don't know if that would have worked. Saving grace was that he was able to hook the keys that yours truly left on the front seat.

Electrical peeps..

How might one disable the thermostatic switch so it stays on all the time. Trying to thaw a tank that has some ice in it (layer of water on top of it). It'd work a lot better for my needs if it just stayed on vs shutting off at 40 degrees.

I did order a fancy nickel p trap this weekend, so that'll be fixed next week

 

It could be used as one for sure.... and it would be self cleaning too if I put a garbage disposal under it
