    Happens with driver or passenger switch. Ended up greasing it all up with silicone grease and fully expect I'll need to replace the motor sometime in the future.

    FYI / FWIW... Tow driver was unable to break into my 2004 Taco. Couldn't hook the lock hooks / plunger thingies that go up down on top of the door. Depressing the electric lock switch did nothing. He didn't have a slim jim, so don't know if that would have worked. Saving grace was that he was able to hook the keys that yours truly left on the front seat.
