What is this thing? 69080

While doing a CB install, I took off the center arm rest console and found this block of metal with a fan at one end and a vent at the other and wires coming in and out of it. At first I thought it had something to do with the climate control, but it didn't do anything no matter what setting I put the climate control on. I am just curious if anyone knows what part this is? The part in question has 69080 stamped on it.

 

That is your power inverter that powers the 110v oultet in the bed

 

seriously? there's a power inverter outlet in the bed?

Whats it rated at? I just bought a 1250 for my "02".
Nice that they would include this.
