    Im about the same weight. Never did a 5k, but did a 10, and rode a bike to CA 2 times. :D Not in the same weekend mind you :eek:

    I do it in the winter time. And my 10k was 62....Not 52 mins. I just checked :eek: The rides to Cali are fun. Most folks use street bikes, I ride my mountain bike :) I useually finish in the top 10%. The last time, I barley made the 10% mark, as I was in a 7 bike crash. It would have only been a 2 bike crash.....But after I hit a gal in front of me......I managed to take out 5 others...:eek:

    :D The year before, I was involved in a 1 bike crash...Somehow, When exiting a rest stop....where they give you drinks, and snacks...not sure what they are really called.....I managed to flip myself over my handle bars. Still not sure how I did that one...
