Got the box installed this afternoon. Used 3/4" long 1/4" carriage bolsts with flat and rubber washers and lock nuts. It is nice and secure. I haven't quite decided what is going in it. I'm thinking fishing rods or recovery gear.

I installed a Bluetooth battery voltage monitor to data log my battery and charging system performance.

Spike is running, didn’t drive much today. Dips are my supercharger pump running when the truck is off (it does that).

    04161D4E-D8EC-45AB-A435-8D2FE683A4EB.jpg

I can check voltage real time, and set alerts to my phone for abnormal conditions or low voltage battery alarms. Handy if you are camping and running gear like fridges off your battery and want to monitor battery state. The device will store 30 days of data in between phone syncing. Only draws 1mA.

I’ll come up with a cleaner mount:

Best part the device is very inexpensive and the phone apps are free:

Hmm, try googling DIY low cost swing down hitch mount spare tire. The link doesn't seem to want to post

I don't know if it's cool to ask this or not, so if it's not, or if ya just don't want to say, just disregard. But I'm curious how much a full body wrap like that costs, and if you did it yourself or had it done pro. I didn't see the other thread you mentioned (semi final results) so apologies if this has been covered there. Thanks :)

I researched it for like 2 months straight and my girlfriend and I decided to tackle it ourselves! The website I was going to order off of also had a vendor status on eBay so I waited for them to do the 156 off everything deal and managed to wrap the entire truck minus the camper for just under $500. I’m sure if i took it to a shop to get done it would have been close to $3k with the camper shell!

This is just a really sharp looking Taco. Only problem, no mistaking this one for another one. Nice.

Mounted my sub and amp. I tried keeping the storage bins intacted as best as I could. But I can say mission accomplished, simple single 12 and mono amp. Now I just need to run the wires to the battery and stereo. Then tune and enjoy. I cut alittle to much for the sub :( but oh well. Hopefully it adds the little bass I desire

Busy few days. Ready to enjoy the PNW!

-ARB breather relocation. I moved the rear, transfer, and front diffs to the ARB. If anyone knows where the transmission breather is, pop into my other thread and help me out.

    IMG_20190420_222840.jpg IMG_20190420_222855.jpg

-Fuse block and accessories wired up. Power outlet (USB and cig) in the bed, bed lights and CB.

    IMG_20190420_222904.jpg

-Bedslide I bought used, took it apart to clear the rust and repaint.

    IMG_20190420_182102.jpg

-Gauge cluster lens replacement. Apparently, the cluster lens is more sensitive than a DSLR lens! Microfibers and lens cloths scratched it up. Only compressed air from now on.
