    Where do you guys get custom patches made? Looking for a reliable website/company to trust. I figured this isn't the best place to find that out since it's patchmania here on TW.

    I have worked with a few. Try contacting Mark Maes of Amaesing Decals, SMPAS, or even The/Studio. Don't be afraid to reject samples as well. Depends how fast, quality, and ease of talking to someone. Good luck

    If you're a trained designer and know your way around design software, specifically Adobe Illustrator, it will go a long way to get closer to what you want.

    However, most embroidery companies can work with a variety of files/formats but there are sometimes upcharges for converting the files.

    Creating a feeler thread here is a good way go gauge interest/get feedback on designs so you don't go through the trouble of having 100 made and find out people aren't "into" the design. I've learned that lesson and have hundreds of unsold patches. It's all part of the "game".

    The patch collecting world can be fickle sometimes.
