    There is a method to this. Take steak out of the fridge. Brush with olive oil and let sit. Salt with kosher sea salt or pink salt, let sit until salt isn’t visible on the meat then add fresh ground pepper. Repeat on other side. Best of grilled over charcoal but propane will work in a pinch or if you live somewhere where that’s your only option. Heat grill, dear each side then grill 4-6 min each side
