Got my @mesojdm turn signals in, and took my factory side steps off (sliders on the way)

Driver is meso vs passenger which is stock.

Ace hardware has Craftsman tools. The one near me even has a few jacks. Might try there.

Wrenched on the rig for half the day. Installed an ARB breather on the rear. Super easy, longest part was routing and zip tying the hose under the frame to the engine bay. I know a lot of folks just route it to the tail light bay, but I will eventually put a breather on air lockers and further extend the front diff and T case breather.

Also installed my decked drawers. Took many hours, but the instructions are really good. Very impressed with the fit and quality. Got my tools and recovery gear organized. It was a good day.

Just used a 2nd gen battery tray. It’s a plastic tray just like in the 3rd gens just a little longer and fits the group 27 battery I used perfect. Part #74431-0C020

I noticed they are listed as "gloss" black. Yours look matte...did you coat them?

Yep, a couple blasts from bed liner before tossing them up. Unfortunately gloss seems to be the only option

And you consider them to be high quality? And 3M mounting tape as advertised?

I think that it looks better without the TRD logo.

The Pro was out of my price range and didn’t need the 4 wheel drive. So the off-road with the locking rear diff out the door for 30,400 was a good choice for me, I like using OEM parts when changing things up, and found great deals on the Pro parts.

I wouldn’t call them high quality, they are just plastic overlays. They don’t add any protection to the light. It was 3m though. My last set held in great for two years or so.

not to mention almost 10k difference. I got a TRD instead of Pro and saved that $ to build up the way I like.
