Do it. This could end up being another Lair meet up/wheeling trip.

What are the odds that there could be a The Lair group camping Lair?

ATR was fun but so crowded. We went a different week last year and covered so much more ground. I love it there. Night wheeling is the best!

Good to know I don't know what to expect so we will see. Was it crowded on the trails or just at camp?
It would be awesome if we could get set out and wheel some together camp together. I hope we aren't forced to wheel with guided groups.

You aren't forced to wheel with their groups. IMO their groups were way too big. We we're doing blacks with 12-14 truck groups.

The group camping area is a free for all. If you guys arrive at close to the same time and early enough you could definitely keep together

That’s what one of my friends said who has gone in the past. Don’t do group wheeling and instead make your own small group. That’s what my plan will be.

I paid the extra $12 for camping, and I picked difficult blues for group trail riding but it doesn’t matter since I’m not gonna be doing group stuff anyways.

Yeah, I paid for two days of wheeling. I think the plan will be to drive down Friday morning, wheel Saturday and Sunday and come back Monday.
