    Good morning ATX. Need the groups experienced help. Getting some ideas for first big mods, and need advice on previous experiences with dealers around Austin. I am looking to add a bed rack to my short bed double cab and cannot seem to find anyone in Austin, who carries bed racks let alone anything for a short bed. If you know of a dealer who does and have a good experience, and maybe also offer financing let me know.

    Second mod is going to be a bed slider drawer. Has anyone seen a good model for the short bed 3rd gen? I am looking at Bedslide but at $2000, is there a better, cooler, or cheaper option out there anyone knows about?

    No not the dealership, just an upfitter dealer, rather than ordering from 2000 miles away waiting 4 months and forgetting what I have ordered.

    I had been looking at the decked system at first, I had this in my last truck, but you loose so much function of the bed. I was looking at extendo bed at first but they do more contractor and super heavy duty drawers, nothing small enough for a Tacoma without some serious cutting and modifying. Bed slide makes a good looking unit, but they are proud of items. Just seeing if anyone else has come across another manufacturer or similar system.

    Somebody had one for sale in Bee Caves for like 5 months, when I finally had some extra money to get it he had sold it the day before. So started my work hole of looking for something similar.
