What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Just ordered a bunch of mini mods of trusty Amazon; cup holder/door storage and misc rubber inserts (black with red accent), usb led lights (white), steering wheel cover and arm rest organizer.

Window tint next and bed cover. Looking for a hard cover, any recommendations? I’m liking the G4 Fold a cover because of the double opening feature and ability to open without opening the tailgate.

 

They caused HF for me. Tried them last week and sent them back to Amazon the same day.

 

Looks like a frame lock for a folding knife. Certainly a random item to get stuck in one's tire. haha

1. Replaced the License Plate bulbs with LED
2. 20k Service
3. Shorted out the interior lights when replacing the vanity light bulbs...

 

This past Saturday, loaded up and camped on Crystal Beach in Galveston. The weather was outstanding !!

 

My truck is stock right now. That was a members pic that convinced me to go with the black and red decals.

Not today but over the weekend. Added:
New Wheels
5100's front and rear. bumped the front up one notch ~.6"
Added side steps so my wife can get in the truck. BAMF sliders are on order.

 

Changed out the grill surround

 

What rack system are you running on your topper?

 

Yeah I thought it was piece of metal cuz only about half inch of it was stick out of the tire. Then I pulled it out, damn thing didnt end. I was suprised!

 

Where did you get it and how much I’d you don’t mind me asking?

 

what all did you have to cut on your truck?

 

Added 5100's front and rear, a 1.5" AAL and 1.5" wheel spacers on all 4. Switched the front valence beneath the bumper from white to black and added orange fog light lens covers. Next up wrapping fender flares to matte black. Been lurking for a while - thanks for all the great ideas.

Edit - Forgot to mention added 2" in front and 1.5" in rear for a 0.5" rake since the wife and I go camping frequently and anticipate carrying loads often

265/70/17s right now. Will probably switch to a bigger tire when these wear out. But I'm happy with the result right now.
