CNC Machined 1GR-FE Exhaust Cam Gears (3° Retard)

Ok folks.. It's time to go Tacomaworld wide!

I'm organizing an effort to bring a product to the market which has been coveted by many for a number of years, and only available to those with the UCON EMS from URD. Now that viable user tunable solutions for reflashing (HPTuners) are available, I wanted bring the benefits of this much sought after item to the market.

"The exhaust cam gears retard the exhaust gear timing by 3° in relation to crank angle. Allowing the cylinders to empty more completely on the exhaust stroke. On the intake stroke the cylinders will fill with more air and fuel increasing the overall volumetric efficiency of the engine. There will also be less hot exhaust gas left heating the incoming air and fuel and reducing it's knock potential. This is very advantageous with forced induction conversions."

I’ve partnered with a sprocket and gear manufacturer who are undertaking the project of manufacturing 1GR-FE exhaust cam gears with 3° retard built in just as the APR/URD gears do. These are applicable for all Single VVTi variants of the 1GR-FE engine.

They will be fully CNC machined out of 4140 alloy and heat treated for durability.

The gears will be ready in 3 weeks (Approximately the 13th of May, 2019). I’m having 30 sets made for this initial batch.

Gears will ship via USPS Priority.

$160 per set, shipped.
