    Kinda lucked out and had my URD flash drive in front of me earlier when he asked for those instructions. They definitely would be handy for your pg on the s/c thread. These can be very hard to track down online if you dont already have a flash drive with them

    So in my case....I am at a 2.825 pulley, AFE intake, shorty headers/high flow cats, URD ypipe, URD 3” mark lll exhaust, 255 wahlbro fuel pump, 6 spd (if this matters) no fpr mod, ovtune (soon to be a custom tune), my only sway from this will be a 2.7 pulley soon, Would I benefit from the 525’s greatly or in your opinion will the 455’s suit me fine?

    My opinion would be the 455's should be enough, but I'd definitely consult with your tuner to ensure he's comfortable with that. As much as I'd like to tell you to get on the injector buy, I really don't think you "need" them. Unless you just.. need them ;)

    agreed, I was surprised to see it off though. That isn't typical for toyota engineers IMO

    You doubt it, but I know it.

    A car running 14.8 that is north of 150K will burn out the cats much quicker than a car which is running 14.7 all day long. This is especially amplified after 200K. Which is usually when sensors start getting lazy, plugs are not being replaced etc.. Not that it is important in your case or most of the guys outside of Californias case.

    All it takes is .1 to be off on the lean scale over an extended period of time and for the average car driver which is not mechanically inclined or privy on HPT is easily paying hundreds, if not thousands for new replacement OE converter(s).

    You're good if it is richer.. if they set it at 14.8 that would be a problem. 14.6 is going biased rich so it's okay.

    The point I was making is that .1 eventually does matter if it's .1 lean.
