Cant go wrong with either brand tbh, king will have the better customer service. If you ever owned a mountain bike with adjustable shocks it has the same two settings, its nice to dial in both settings for the fast whoops.

Was it as easy as plucking out the bent cup and putting the new one in? No tools or anything?

 

real easy, they seat in two slots on the board. you can do it with the light vertical but sometimes if you do that the oring is a bitch to get back in

 

moar lights, i think this is the last one....not many rigids left on the truck to convert

When you wired the parking/flashing lights for your arb bumper, in which wires you got your power? I got that little harness with the kit

had a good 3 day weekend, sad its over but also relieved im in my own bed again

I tend to do that more often than I'd like. When I'm alone the slr tends to get more use.

Did you make it to Derrick's Cave? Those above look like along China Hat Rd.

Ran into one of the cruiser guys on china hat coming out of a trail by the observatory and he mentioned the cleanup in june, you still going?

 

Yeah planning on going still. We could do something like find the old plane crashes in the area or something that weekend.

Wow I've never seen water or ice in that cave.

 

yeah it was a surprise, slipped a few times climbing over and walking a few times. china hat is trashed, found human feces, condoms, and new graffiti that weren't there last season in that cave. Paulina has been a dumping ground too, i cleaned a few things but the rest were stuff i wasnt prepared to haul without it contaminating and soiling my other camp items

 

always surprised to see how much can change in over 7 years time
