I was able to install my knob without removing the radio/hvac bezel. All you need is a small flathead to pop out the ect button. Than Feed your wire through the switch hole. If you push it and wiggle it...the wire will pop up right under the cup holders. Next Feed it up through the boot to plug it in and you’re done. 15 minute install. The Cover of the ect switch will pop off but it snaps right back on. It is my Favorite mod on the taco so far. Can’t go wrong with anything Meso:oldglory:

Attempt #1 at getting the front camera to work via the second button resulted in a blown fuse. Had TMPS/LDA/PCS warnings on the dash. After meticulously investigating the cause (translation: inspecting each mini fuse in the engine block and driver panel) I found a blown 7.5A fuse in the driver panel. ECU-G2 or something. In case anyone else should follow in my unfortunate steps. I need to work with someone smart in electronics. Messing around with the truck is spooky.

just noticed, the red trd sticker on my meso coin tray complements the red trim on the pro knob quite nicely.

You really want to risk messing up your order to save a couple bucks? I wouldn't take a chance...but thats just me.

Also, i dont think he puts everything in one box, it is either taped together or shipped all separately anyway.

@mesojdm please see the PM I just sent you. Realized I just placed my order for the shift knob with black buttons vs red and would like this corrected.
