I know it, a few top on my list out there, I just refuse to leave my truck out there. Someone really needs to take this into their own hands.
Cool. I’m thinking meet up at the sultan bakery at 10 or 11? Does that work for you and @Goran?

Yessir. Any chance you gents want to meet any earlier? It's not necessary, just thought I'd ask.

I hike Mtn Loop occasionally, but didn't realize theft was such an issue out there. Maybe I need to booby trap the rig.

Sure, I can do earlier. 8? 9? That route you did last time looks like the perfect distance too. I’m not trying to be out all day so a few hour run is great. Looks like an hour from beckler campground to that lookout.

    Doggos are always welcome.

I always pack a few pews just in case the zombie apocalypse kicks off.

I like it. I do the same. Never know when an old rock quarry is going to sneak up on you and need to be sprayed with .556...

Yes, how sketchy is the trail going to be with all the rain? I'm all for mudding, but not an hour from main roads.

IIRC its pretty easy, and nice views that @PacNW_Taco and i missed due to all the smoke last year. But you are on a ledge most the time.

I would imagine that the road leading up to the main junction should give us a good idea of what conditions might be like, and that portion isn't sketchy - no major drop offs or anything.
