My semas rubbed at full lock as well. Remove the stock flaps all together, or buy some after market ones. I'm not sure what evidence you are complaining about because there are lots of others with the same issue.
Or spend a shit load more to lift.

Just ordered some Cooper Discoverer AT3 4s in 265/70r17. Getting nervous about their fitment now. Did you get an alignment done and still have rubbing issues? I think the ko2 is actually a little larger than the Cooper.

    Looks great, though.

Same here only a little rub under full lock and some compression. Odd that you would be getting enough for it to bother you. I also have he OEM mudguards. :(

Yes, I have AT3W's though. Same size. Even lifted I rub the stock flaps. I've had my truck aligned 3 different times, always rubs.

I had these wheels and tires on my OR on stock suspension, with mudguards for about a year. Never rubbed at all, including flex and lock. Strange that OP got rubbing. Shows some trucks have different caster from the factory I guess.

Man, it's crazy how some folks have absolutely no rub and others have nothing but rub. I guess the only way for me to find out is to throw on the 265/70's and see what happens. Or... change the order to 265/65 and play it safe.

19 OR stock suspension without mudflaps just added Sema wheels

265/70-17 Bridgestone Revo 3's no rubbing at all. Truck handles great with wider stance and better tires!

From all the posts on this thread and others, my impression is that the max tire size for no rub (without heating/cutting) with those wheels is:
    265/70-17 without mudflaps
    265/65-17 with mudflaps

I didn't rub on those wheels at stock height but I also wasn't running mud guards. Have the alignment checked and if that doesn't help change over to flatter mud flaps instead.

It isn't a big deal. It's just the flaps. I'm not even sure what is going on in this thread. Unbolt them and drive it and see if it rubs OP.

Yeah, I've come to terms with the fact I may be losing the mud flaps. I'm okay with it. Started looking at the various random trucks I'd see throughout the day and most don't run flaps.

Yes. Aftermarket ones tend to be thinner. Any aftermarket ones minus weathertech typically are thinner and don't rub, but ymmv.

Rokblox and the other that one slipping my mind are popular for this very reason. If you want to run flaps to protect your truck, they are expensive, but good options. Stock ones kinda suck anyways.

I went with the anecdotal TW way saying that 265/70r17 were the biggest I could go without doing anything....I ended up rubbing on the mudflaps in the front when I was practically full lock

    Meant to continue...

I just looked where it was rubbing on the mud flaps and cut away...wasn't much and wasn't difficult to do. No more problems after that !

Quick follow up-it was the flaps. No rub when I removed them. Worked them both over with my Dremel and sander for a bit, now no rub with the flaps. So a happy ending to this tale.

Nice! However, it's not actually an ending unless you post updated pics!
