Just bought it at ebay & shipped from Toyota Japan,it took me 1 hr. to install coz I have to remove some plastic panels under the steering wheel,I took my time coz I dnt wanna break any of the plastic clips,Once u remove that u can just pull out the old push to start button & unplug it.

Well I mean theoretically that’s why we are all here, to help each other and get help from others. Or maybe I’m the odd man out and I’m actually supposed to bust chops more often

Glad I could help though! Both of the mods are super easy, let me know if you need help when you get to them! :fistbump:

Does anyone know if a Honda 450R quad will fit in the back of a SB with the tailgate down? This might be what I do with my Tacoma today.

I ordered a 2019 White TRD-Offroad DCSB 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on it to be shipped from San Antonio. The dealers delivery date just keeps getting pushed back and its getting quite frustrating to us. In the mean time I have ordered an array of goodies to go in/on it once it finally arrives.

Does any one know how to tell if your Tacoma was made in San Antonio or Baja? Got to be with the VIN?

Should be on the Monroney sticker if you still have it. It’s the big sticker they put on the window at the dealership. Hope this helps!

I really like the factory TRD OR wheels so I am sticking with those, but I am almost certain I am going with 265/75/r16 for my next tire size (same overall size as your 265/70/r17). Gives you exactly 1 inch bigger overall for a slight lift and a bit more aggressive look, and from what I've read you don't need to worry about rubbing. Probably will go with the BFG K02s as well. My uncle has had those on his Jeep for awhile and they look really nice.

I reallllly want to slap a set on now, but my Tacoma has less than 5,000 miles currently so I want to at least wear out the factory tires first. I do plan on going to Moab in the fall though to possibly check out some of the easy trails, so maybe the sandpaper will wear out my factory tires a bit faster haha.

It’s a great CCW. I go back and forth between that, the G26 and 27.
