I already put in a Pioneer AVH-2440NEX with the SiriusXM tuner and the iDataLink Maestro adapter. I love this head unit and with the iDataLink adapter pulling all of the vehicle functions (including a basic OBD2 reader) it's great!

I went with the Subaru Kicker tweeters mentioned here. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/premium-audio-upgrade-for-less-than-250.510424/ A little pricey, but hopefully worth it and they're drop-in replacements on the 3rd gen.
For the doors I went with Kicker again. These 6x9s for the front doors https://www.crutchfield.com/p_206DSC6904/Kicker-43DSC69304.html and these 6.75" for the rears https://www.crutchfield.com/p_206DSC6704/Kicker-43DSC6704.html

Ah! 2,nd gen here - but I think the tweeter thing works for sure - seen those. I have the Maestro, but I didn't know anything about the OBD2! I will have to stop by my installer, or find my papers. Thanks sir!

How's it sounding in the "other" vehicle?

The cable came with mine, but it's optional to hook it up.

I know some adapter is plugged into the port, because I had to have Discount Tire remove it to read OBD2. So, I likely have some other cable in the box in the garage!

:pout: Double cab guys get all the fun. Hell. I don't even have rear door panel grills or cutouts in an AC. I've got a set of these https://www.focal-america.com/product/ec165k/ comin' in via the UK so I gotta figure somethin' out soon.

Wife insisted on a DC, though there are times I wish I would have gotten a LB. Hope those sound good for you.
