If the area is the one I was thinking about the lot is actually sort of a semi circle. If it is that would make for a sweet shot I think.

I think we should work out what everyone needs to bring closer to the end of the week when we know exactly how many people are coming.


Here is what I propose, so far we have 14 people on the list. If you are planning on coming then you obviously need to add yourself to the list. Then I think we should all alter the list with how many people their "party" will be. I'll be bringing my girlfriend so I'm putting a 2 next to my name. That way we can get a literal head count so at the end of the week we know how much food to get.
