Wow. Just wow. Outplayed bad in the third. Out muscled, poor passing, and no heart except from Matthews and Tavares. Reilly looks hurt, I think he bobbled every pass in the game except two. Good luck in the next rounds Bruins though I’d still like to see them burn in hell lol.

 

Pretty doesn’t win playoff games in this league. Just ask the leafs, lightning, and countless others. Effort and grit is the name of the game now. Regular season means nothing.

Somewhere in the back of my mind I buy into the theory that there’s too much pressure on the front offices and players of Canadian teams to win a cup again. Mental block or whatever you want to call it. Just look at the attendance here. There are probably 10x more Americans on this site than Canadians, if not more, yet we out number them as regulars in here.

It was mostly a comment on the Canadian teams, not the forum. Lots of folks from both sides of the border in here and hockey is just as important to a lot of Americans. I doubt we a cup in Canada with a team from here within the decade. That being said go Leafs go.
