Getting a kind of grinding noise that I can feel in the brake pedal when going over a shopping entrance bump while braking (10mph or so). Any ideas what ot may be?

Cab mounts or ABS. There are a lot of threads about it.

Basically harmless. Ask your dealer to check the cab mounts on your next service.
