Oops, I'll add that in my post (Pioneer TS-A692C). They sound great! The bass hits more with the 6x9 vs the old Orions I found out were installed.
I haven't replaced the access cab door speakers, but from the results of this, I'm adding it on my list. :spending:

I use and empty plastic water bottle with the cap. I cut slits in a cross pattern and just push the nipple into the slits. Works like a charm.

Everytime I see a door opened up like that or someone with the interior out I get a sudden urge to soundproof my cab. One of these days when I have to open it up I'll slip some Dynamat in there.

Haha seriously! Dynamat is very inexpensive and super simple (depending on the location) to install :headbang:

Used SEM paint on my gray last summer to match my leather seats and did the console in black. It's holding up well. I have since replaced the window switches, door grabs and door sill covers with factory tan parts and the gray door inlays were redone with the leather pieces that came with the kit.

No mods on deck (unfortunately) and no mods planned in the near future (also unfortunate)

Just going to drive it for a little while and see what happens.

Not really a 'milestone' but that was my milage when I parked at work this morning.

You didn't mention what brand it is. I looked all over for a "WallyMart" and couldn't find it. :mudding::oldglory:

Had a crack in my tail light, so of course I had to upgrade before my inspection was due. Also finally hooked up the cap lights while swapping.

I had trouble getting the lamp from the OEM headlight to fit into the new socket, so I took the whole harness of the old housing and put it on the new housing.

Also mounted up a set of oem running boards I picked up from facebook, but I guess my phone decided not to take that picture.

There's a bunch of unnecessary shit people do that I couldn't image wasting my money on besides my opinion that they look terrible. (AC knobs/remote key housing/etc)

My strategy is to not spend any money on frivolous cosmetic shit and spend it all on performance that will actually improve the truck.

I couldn't agree more... The key fob housing and ac knobs are literally my 2 biggest head shakers. But hey, to each his own I guess
