Will be bringing my truck to the dealer to check on my 2017 TRD Sport, the bed is way off alignment. It only became noticeable (to me) after replacing wheels and tires.
I am not sure if the cabin will also need to get realigned as well, after looking at it carefully and measuring, I think the cabin is also out of place. :(

Hope they fix it for you. I think there may a time limit for fit and finish but not sure.

Thanks!! there better be, I've had my truck for a little over a year, and did not notice it at all somehow. In any case
this is one thing I would have never expected!! So far this is the only thing I've had a problem with my truck, and I hope it stays that way.

I did not find much about this problem on Tacoma World, I guess it is not an issue for most members.

After a few beers the bed will look just fine.

about 3/4" to 1" off center towards the left on the bed, and the cabin a about 1/2"

I am sorry for the lack of pictures, I only noticed it yesterday and did not get the chance to take pictures, I will include some
later on today if I get the chance.

It became noticable after replacing wheels and tires?

How many miles on the truck and was it aligned recently? Is the rear bumper or space between the cab and bed square?

Good luck. I mentioned the gap on the rear bumper was not the same as well as the gap between the bed and cab on my truck during the first service. They looked at it and said they would need the truck for a whole day and the body shop would have to do the work. I was not going to leave my truck in their hands for a day, so when I left there I went to Harbor Freight and bought a breaker bar and a Torx bit. I fixed it in less than an hour in my driveway.

Look at the bed to the cab, you can see the bed about an inch over but not sure if the cab is misaligned

Normal is defined as within manufacturers specs.

So.. prepare to fix it yourself.

You’ll find the same misalignment in most Tacoma’s.

Common. Had mine fixed under warranty and it only took them a couple hours. Not sure why corporate is to come.

Can probably walk around the dealer lot and find more.

That's why I was wondering what it looked like at the bumper. Mine wasn't as bad as OP's, but I could tell by looking at the gap on each side of the bumper it was just the bed and not the cab. I loosened the Torx bolts in the bed and pushed it over and lined everything up square to the cab and was good to go.
