Filter size isn't necessarily an indicator. If you know flow rate the blower puts out and volume of controlled space, you can figure out the air exchange rate.

Ducts can be pressure checked. I forget if residential inspectors do that. Ask your home inspector about this stuff.

Yeah I'm not reading these. I'm sure there are ways to improve cooling efficiency over what is mass produced right now but you're missing the bigger picture. You are taking 1 singular aspect of home building and portraying it as if everyone who has ever lived is dumber than you for not figuring out there's a better way to make cooler air. You didn't just discover a new species of microbiological humans who hold all the secrets to time travel and eternal life. All you're doing is reassuring me that I don't want you to start building homes anytime soon.

I didn't figure it out myself. Other people did. Studies were conducted. Building codes in many places are already adopting this new method.. I don't see why this topic gets everyone so triggered

I'm not the genius who figured this out because I'm so smart and superior to everyone else. There's people who are dedicated to building science and innovation. Just because something was done this way before doesn't make it right.. if that were the case we would still be riding around on horses and sending telegrams to each other.

My takeaway is that Nashville is a hot (bubble) market and one should avoid living there if possible if you’re looking at 1550 sq foot new construction.

Been working on that Second Computer for the Truck. I tested most the fuctions already with it, But I havent figured out how I want to mount it, Overhead or put it on a arm and attach it next to the Stereo.

I'm just talking shit. I don't care about any of this either way. But you did prove my point for me. You just said yourself that none of this is new yet here you are, in great detail, trying to figure it all out and arguing with people about it. As a society, every year we build houses and every year technology and science advances. If you can Google search the latest house building technologies then there is no reason to ask any of us because we don't know either and will also be getting answers from various Google searches. I trust that if I built a new home today, I have the option to use all of modern sciences greatest achievements to make my air as efficient as possible. I think they got it figured out.
