Re the new poll...

I'm pretty meh about both options.

1) Detect.

Ha, I pretty much assume everyone is a used car salesman.
And it's served me well.
If it's something important, gimme proof.
If it's not important, don't care.
People are people, and a lot of stuff should be winked at rather than getting bent about.

2) Get away with.

Ambivalent.
Bound to be habit forming, as in BAD habit.
But I'd sure like to have it in reserve.
Like for anytime I gotta talk to anyone from the gubbermint.

It was a solid trip! Actually going back this weekend for more riding with a different friend group.

Then hitting Moab the weekend after that.
