Contra Costa, I'm on the bay. Well a block from the bay. And yet I never fish there. See guys pulling stripers and sturgeon all the time..I should fix that.

Thanks, that whole area really is something to behold. If you plan a trip let me know, I may or may not be in depending what's going on for me at the time.

Very nice pics! I always enjoy going up to Northern AZ and Utah in general... The scenery tends to make me look like a better photographer than I claim to be haha

Big Ditch, aka Grand Canyon. I went to Toroweap Overlook at the end of October and the beginning of November last year and it was awesome!

I left Grand Junction, went through Moab, turned right at Mexican Hat and headed west. It was an incredible week, I plan to head back that way when I’m healed up from shoulder surgery. I’d also like to check out Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument, seemed like there were some cool and remote areas to check out there.

Yeah we probably passed each other then haha, I was coming back from wheeling in Montana but I like to side tracked my long drives through scenic places... Lol Mexican Hat is set in such a beautiful scenery it almost seems criminal to name it that

There's a flowchart for this but the bottom line of it is if none of them are on their property they can fuckoff and if they waste more of my time with it I'll make them fuckoff.

I can understand why it’s named that after seeing the Hat itself. I hadn’t ever been in that area prior, I was blown away. I randomly met another TWer at Toroweap and he pointed me towards VOTG and the Moki Dugway. I followed that route and found the over look on the south end of the Mesa. 198571A9-F302-4090-BA8A-3EBD33DDB744.jpg
