locking gas cap, GE +130 low beams, CB Radio Install.

Added quickfists to the bed
Doing this in the garage makes me realize my desperate need for good bed lights.

 

I would love to do this mod, but am a little hesitant to drill into the truck. I know many have successfully done it, but with my luck I fear I would be the one to "F" it up.

Easy peasy. As long as you can measure and handle rudimentary tools you can do this. Just take your time. I did mine in two sessions. Measured, drilled and painted, then next day installed the brackets and voilà, there they were holding up my hood.

It’s very easy if you have a good rivet tool.

I had to take the bezel around my fog lights off to get them on. I had to get my hand behind it to unclip the plastic snaps. You might be able to do it from the front with a plastic pry tool.

 

Thanks. I think I could handle it, but the thought of drilling into a 40k+ truck makes you question before going ahead. I’m sure I’ll cross this mod off my list soon enough.
