I was camping all weekend and just got back today. We took a friends car so i left my truck at my house. I came home today and my mom said last night at 3am my dog woke up my dad so my dad looked out the window to see a guy walking around my truck. He then bent down to look at my grill (probably my hellas) and then my dad whistled at him and the guy turned around to and asked his 2 buddies in a truck what. Then my dad yelled and they split.

New bumper or alarm system is the new question

Can't say I've never been guilty of that myself.

Still the likely hood of that is pretty slim and I wouldn't bet on it. I'd probably at least look into a Viper 5901 or something.

I don't even have anything fancy on my truck and I still got an alarm. don't live in the greatest neighborhood either. better safe than sorry and I feel better knowing there is that pretty blue light flashing at night.

luckily my dogs woke up my parents just in time, and lucky for the guys my bro wasnt home, hes a cop and not afraid to beat people down.

They didnt break anything or mess anything up, but another 5 or 6 mins he would have. Im sure he saw my HU, and checked my tailgate to realize i have 2 locks on it. As for admiring it....i would say not at 3 in the morn and not on a street that has one way in and one way out with one buddy on lookout on foot and on in a truck with it kept running. Last year they stole my dads ash tray with 20 bucks worth of change in there.

The crime in my city has tripled in the past 6 months because they took 15 cops off the streets along with many other things.

Whistling is OK, but coming around a corner with an M4gery at low ready is nice too.
