Im looking to replace my seats in my Tacoma. I’ve seen some on eBay but they're in a racing type design. What Toyota seats are able to fit in the Tacoma, preferably bucket seats.

Acura bucket seats (modified attachment) Grinder, weld, etc. Measure height and width before you go seat shopping - With a little fab skills and some extra time you have quite a few options.

Or - even better to stay OEM just put new stuffing in the old seats. Maybe an aftermarket seat heater (Don't start yourself on fire) :)

    I have 60/40 in my 2002... I don't hate them, so I haven't tried this, but there's
people on here who say they don't suck... this vendor also has bolt-on hardware
    for installation...

It’s hard to find another 60/40 seats for the Tacoma, I’ve searched everywhere, seats get dirty easily and the site that was provided are perfect. I like the OEM seats but the cushion is gone and dirty. I need some comfort. Lol I’ll take the Texas heat to warm me up lol it’s always hot here.

It does look a lot better with a center console.

and easier to get stuff out of the small back-seat area. My kid used to try and sit in that middle area of the 60 /40 split. lol It has a seat belt but not very productive for shifting gears. lol Now she's too big to sit back there.

I’m going to have to squeeze out the cash for the seats that are provided in the link. There very nice but very expensive. Center consoles alone go for $125 or so. But first thing first replace everything that comes with th timing belt kit and the suspension.

People say (again, I don't know...) that these consoles are OK in Tacomas...

Nice! Did you customize the brackets to make them fit?

@Ragley10 I grinded the mounting brackets off the oem seats and welded them on to the prelude tracks. Just need a center console now

I have electric Mazda Tribute seats but the install/fabrication process was a itchhh. Lots of head scratching.

Here’s a picture of a test figment during the fabrication process.

I seen in a post that the Honda civic's bucket seats bolt in with no problems whatsoever .. Does anyone know of any buckets that will for the 1999 ext cab ?

Plenty of seats will "fit" from a H/W/D perspective, but all require fab to bolt. Unless you go Corbeau and buy the Tacoma bracket kit
