    Depends on how they actually rate their trails. If they rate them harder than they actually are or there is really only 1 main obstacle vs the whole trail. I am interested in heading down and checking it out. We could make @Matic have us over for lunch then go back and hit the trails some more.

    Sounds cool. I’d love to have somewhere in addition to Gulches in the region. 280 acres is a good amount of land if laid out well. Whoever gets there first give us a trip report. It’s still almost a 4 hr drive for me.
